Goat Cheese - Ricotta Mousse | ||||
Makes 1 small bowl, tops about 4 steaks | ||||
Ingredients | ||||
4 oz | (1 tube) goat cheese | |||
3/4 cup | heavy whipping cream | |||
________ | ||||
4 oz | ricotta cheese | |||
1 tbls | white wine vinegar | |||
1 tbls | ground coriander | |||
1/2 tsp | salt | |||
1/2 tsp | ground black pepper | |||
Directions | ||||
Throw the goat cheese and cream into a bowl
and beat it with a hand mixer until you get stiff peaks. Throw the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and mix it a bit more to combine everything. Serve this as a dip with some pita chips, or this is awesome as a meat topper (beef, pork, chicken, or fish). |
