Chocolate Chip Cookies | ||||

Ingredients | ||||
1 1/4 cups | dark brown sugar, firmly packed | |||
3/4 cup | Crisco, butter flavored | |||
2 tbls | milk | |||
1 tbls | vanilla extract | |||

1 | egg | |||

1 3/4 cup | all-purpose flour | |||
1 tsp | salt | |||
3/4 tsp | baking soda | |||

11.5 oz | (1 bag) of semi-sweet chocolate chip chunks | |||
10 oz | (1 bag) bag of semi-sweet mini chocolate chips | |||
Directions | ||||
Preheat the oven to 375°. In a mixer equipped with a beater, combine the brown sugar, Cisco, milk, and vanilla. Mix on medium until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix some more. Add the flour, salt, and baking soda and mix until just blended. Then mix in all the chocolate chips. Using a medium cookie scoop (the one with the spring release thingy), put rounded dollops onto a baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes. Take the sheet out of the oven and place it on the stove top to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes. Remove the cookies from the sheet onto a rack to cool completely. |
