1 bunch | green onions, about 8-10 sprigs | |||
2 pkgs | Ramen noodles (oriental flavor, save the seasoning packets fro the dressing) | |||
4 oz | almond slices (check the bulk food aisle) | |||
4 oz | shelled sunflower seeds (check the bulk food aisle) | |||
Dressing | ||||
2 pkgs | Ramen noodle seasoning (oriental flavor) | |||
1/3 cup | apple cider vinegar | |||
1/2 cup | sugar | |||
1/2 cup | olive oil | |||
Directions | ||||
Combine the slaw and dressing ingredients separately. Store and transport in separate containers. Do not toss the slaw with the dressing until just before serving so things stay crisp and crunchy. |
