Sweet Southwestern Dip
        Makes 1 small bowl
 Ingredients    
8.75 oz (1 jar) Dickenson’s Sweet ‘n’ Hot Pepper & Onion Relish (check the pickle relish aisle; sometimes in the jelly aisle)  
8 oz (1 brick) cream cheese  
1 tbls lemon juice  
2 tsp chili powder  
1 tsp salt  
________    
1 bag Tostitos, pita chips, or crackers  
     
     
     
     
     
         
 Directions    
Dump all the ingredients (except for the chips) into a medium mixing bowl. Stir them up with a hand mixer until well combined and all the lumps are gone. Spatula it into your serving dish. Chill for about an hour to firm it up. Serve with some Tostitos, pita chips, or crackers.
